Me and my dad bought two of the same 4-wheelers and his is faster but he broke his in on full choke and i broke it in like it said on half. Is this why his is faster or could it be something else?

No. It just wastes more gas, builds up carbon deposits in the cylinders quicker, and tends to make the engine an oil burner. There are many possible reasons why his is faster, but worse than optimum combustion isn't one of them.

This is a common problem when 2 people buy identical quads. Everyone thinks that because they are the same model that they are supposed to run the same. This is not always the case. Sometimes you can get one that just runs exceptionally good and the other one runs like it's supposed to. So then you are left wondering why the other one doesn't run as good. It's just that in most cases 2 identical machines will not run identically.

Oh my God NO!

The fuel washes the oil off the cylinders and hugely increases wear and damage.

If you want it WORN in then fine, but this is not the way to RUN in a motor.

Your dad's may be quicker .... for a month or two
