look for a family with a gst house. We did that, we owned a home and had 4 lil beach homes in the back and rented them out to whoever seemed cool. check it out.

Most apartment complexes do a credit check, you might be better off checking local papers for homeowners that are renting out homes. Some people don't check credit. Good Luck KG

Check in the local newspaper for ads placed by private homeowners looking to rent out a room or check for available sublets.
