yeah venom was always a kin dof good-ish guy in my books except for his extreem hatred for spiderman, and he is not in the suit any more well eddie brock the real venom isn't, but i mean spiderman in the symbiont before it became venom fighting the spider man now with the suit ironman gave him like his

Actually a good question.....
Symbiont Spider-man had very similar powers to the Ironspider-man. The symbiont could blend into the background, as can the Ironsuit. Spidey's strength was exponentially enhanced with the symbiont, and his ironsuit enhances his strength now. The symbiont had tendrils and the ironsuit has those "octopus legs". I think that Spider-man in the symbiont suit has the edge however. This is because the symbiont radically enhanced Spider-man's rage. He was far more prone to aggression and fought harder back when the symbiont was trying to control him.

Actually one of the better fights out there. It'd be pretty good IMO, seen as Iron-Man and Captain America have almost fought to a stalemate before, with Iron-Man edging the victory. All of them have been able to knock out Hulk so that's a plus. Think I'll give Iron-Man the majority, with Spidey in close second (because of precog).

Even without Ironman suit, Spidey would. He always seems to have the stuff needed to dirupt Venom. (Isn't Venom a "good-ish" guy now?? I seem to remember he fought for "good" now? Or am I mistaken?)
