I filed this lawsuit near April 2006 and I received a response fron the atty. in May requesting a trial by jury and then I received the Notice of Docketing of case Notice to counsel to pay special atten. to cir. crt. rule 12 regarding the filing and content of pre trial statement. what does that mean exactly? what is my move?.

Obviously you are a pro per/pro se plaintiff. Opposing counsel is apparently making the matter into a federal case. Which circuit court? Read rule 12 to see exactly what it means when filing pre trail statement. Have you conducted Discovery by presenting the defendant with a request for admissions and interrogatives?

I use http://www.nolo.com for my legal matters, most all libraries have copies of their popular books (Represent Yourself At Court), they are consider by many as the industry standard.
