My friend's co-worker is half white and half asian.
Her husband is white.
She is pregnant with their first child (awwww).
When my friend told me, she asked what I thought the baby will look like.
I was like "Hmmm. That's a good question..."
What do you think a 3/4 white and 1/4 asian baby will look like?
Do you think the child will look more white?
But then again... aren't brown hair and brown eyes dominant traits?
Hehe thank you. : }

I agree. Mixed children are the cuter ones. : } They have the best of both worlds!!
And she is half white and half filipino.
So... I'm guessing she's not that drastic an asian... less slanted eyes, I guess? I don't know if that makes any sense lol.

It really depends on who holds the dominant traits. you're right brown hair & brown eyes are dominant, but who knows which eye shape is dominanant or hair texture. I'm sure the baby will be just beautiful. Mixed babies always are unique........

Genetic wise the baby should look like a white person but may have some facial features of any asian. As the hair eyes and body may also lean more of a asian. But no one can really know until the baby is born!! Hope that helps!!!

The gene pool is a crazy mixture of features and traits. It's a role of the dice what comes out. The baby could favor the Asian heritage or appear totally white. In any case, I think many mixed race babies are gorgeous and I'm sure I can predict that to be true!

The eyes will most likely be asian... the hair and eye color could vary.. but yes, brown is more dominant- My husband has brown eyes and brown/blackish hair... I have light brown hair and green eyes.... My son has brown eyes, and a ligther brown hair- like me. The child will probably have light skin, but all of those genes depend on the parents and grandparents too.

It just depends which genes it gets. I mean look at Bruce Lee. He was asian and his wife was blond and they had Brandon Lee who looked just slightly Asian with brown hair and eyes, but still looked white too. I have also seem a vietnamese man with a White woman and their child looked Asian, but had blond hair. Just depends. Im sure it would look more white, but have some asian characteristics

Well, my husband is half japanese/half caucasian and I'm full caucasian, and we have 2 of the most beautiful children in the world. People still stop us and say how beautiful our children are, they are ages 8 and 3 now. It's definitely a great mix!! I'll bet their baby will be just gorgeous!

A couple of months ago i would have said the baby would look more Asian for sure...but a friend of my husband just had a baby and her husband is Asian and her little boy looks just like her! its like he didn't get a look in!,there are small characteristics from him but he is definitely Gina's baby!
So it can go anyway nature intends it!

Dark hair and dark eyes, more of a white skin tone, maybe slanted eyes. Very pretty!
