why do you say liberals by itself there are liberal Republicans as well as liberal democrats and liberal Independents. They effect a different way of doing government they try to make changes for the good of the people they try to let people have the freedom they deserve and don't try to run everybodys life to suit them Which is done a lot by some not all conservatives.
