the food

I'm a vegetarian so I don't eat the turkey, but i have pie w/ whipped cream, I like getting together with my family and eating, but the conversation isn't too interesting. My brother and sister's b-day is on Thanksgiving, so i especially like the food! And no they're not twins just siblings born on the same day 1 year apart.

And I don't see why janellyy's answer is so bad that ppl rated it a thumbs down. I visited the website and I liked it so I gave it a thumbs up.

I love it. I get to fly down to be with family and friends.
The thanksgiving dinner. The one day you can splurge. The community support for thanksgiving just warms my heart. It is my favorite holiday and I hate how comercial buinesses create holidays like halloween being synomous with candy and destroying xmas.

Thanksgiving is in the fall, nice crisp chill in the air. The football games and the parades are on. I spend a whole weekend with family. Its special to me.

The traditional Thanksgiving morning Eucharist service at my church, and of course, the food and time spent with friends and family.

The feeling of being aroud your entire family, and having basically fun. Thanksgiving is literall to it's own name, in final after we give our share of food, gifts, items, etc. to one another, we end up finalizing the day by giving thanks for what was brought towards us. Thanksgiving is a one-day holiday to give thanks (traditionally to God) at the close of the harvest season.

We might not concur to ourselves but this holiday is probably one of the most epic we can receive, having the personal ability to give thanks and honor towards another, and having the finalized feeling of satisfaction, even though we might have to kleave for wlork the very next day.

Alice's Restaurant. Without that holiday, that song wouldn't exist. Arlo Guthire is the coolest.
