Same thing happened to me. It should be on your sim chip. it means you were messing around with your phone and entered the wrong pin code too many times. if you don't enter the right PUK code, it will fry your sim chip and you will need a new chip.

The P.U.K code stands for pin unlock code and it only appears on the phone when you mess around with the security mode and enter to many wrong pins. Once you enter to many incorrect P.U.K codes then you need a new sim card. It's the only choice you have, trust me, I'm in the same exact bullsh*t.

well its a sim code if u enter 3 or more times incorrect code then PUK code activates go to ur service provider they can un lock them

well i dnt no wat it stands 4,but it means dat ya fne is locked and u need 2 fne ya network and get da code they will giv it 2 u.
