Depends on which job.
To my marketing job: 4" at most
For the tattoo shop (where I work as a piercer): 6" stilettos and even 8" platform stilettos

The highest I have worn are 3 inches. I find kitten heels to be more comfortable, anyway.

I have worn 4'' heels to work and that was the worst day of my life. That was the one day I had to go on so many errands and stand for long periods of time. The next day I wore flats and sat at my desk all day.

I wore my 5" stilettos one time to an interview.
It was an interview with my hubby though and you know what happened .........
