There are several approaches for this answer.
Firstly what is your definition of 'girl'? Is it a female human being of any age ? Or is it something else? i.e. Girl is often referred to a particularly a young female of a reasonable age after her puberty.
Therefore I should firstly adopt the definition "girl - meaning a female human being of any age". This would give three distinct answers.
a.) Before a girl reaches a puberty (cca 11/12 years of her age) her ovaries would not be developed enough to release the egg (ovum) which could be successfully fertilised by a male gamete i.e. 'a sperm'. The egg (ovum) itself would not be fully developed either. Therefore one could conclude that a girl before her puberty is literally sterile - ie unfertile.
b.) Also, once a woman reaches her manopause, which means that her ovaries stop releasing ovums. The age at which this happens usually varies, however once woman approaches 50th year of her life the chance of her menopause occuring will be increased. After the menopause the woman becomes also infertile.
c.) A girl between puberty and menopause is least fertile on following occassions:
i) During her pregnancy when the menstrual cycle is stopped and therefore no egg (ovum) is released from her ovary so she cannot get pregnant. However!!! there have been some cases reported when this indeed wasn't the case and the woman got pregnant, again. Often resulting in one baby developping inside the other baby!!! (for reference see 'The Bangkok Post' cannot remeber which issue sorry)
ii) During day 1 to a day 3 or 4 of the menstrual cycle (when the menstruation occurs) there is no egg present and the lining of uterus is being shed out throught the vagina, along with the egg. Another egg is the released approximately at the day 14. That's when the girl becomes "fertile" again. However the least fertile time is from the day 1 to a day 3 or 4.
Now if your definition of a "girl" is 'a young female human being of a reasonable age after her puberty' then the section (c) (ii) applies as well as section (c) (i).

This depends on your personal cycle. Most women typically have a 28 day cycle (first day of last period-first day of next period). Most women ovulate 14 days before her period. The most fertile time would be 3 days before she ovulates and one day after. Once the woman ovulates, the egg is only good for 24 hrs. then it travels down the Fallopian tube and begins to break up. When this happens you cannot get pregnant. When a woman is the least fertile is right after her period and right before because there is no egg to be fertilized. This isn't very accurate since most woman dont know the exact day they are ovulating. If you are trying not to get pregnant then I suggest birth control and a condom on his member. Good luck!!!

while you will get tons of answers about a woman's cycle and when she is least fertile (likely during her period) - these answers are all misleading....
the least chance of a girl being fertile occurs from age 0 up to about 1 year before they get their first period, and then one year or so after they finish their very last period.... about age 50 or so.
Many many women have different cycles, some can conceive anytime - and some have difficulty at any time. Everyone is different, but essentially - that's the story.

It depends when you have your period. You are most fertile 18 days after your period and also a week before and after your period so probably the first week of them month IF you are a 28 day does this make sense to you???

the peak time is 2 weeks after your menstral cycle. also there is a device you can buy that predicts this time. you can buy it at any store or pharmacy. it is called an ovulation test. some times if there is no luck with this a doctor can give you medicine to help with ovulation.
