do you mean replace it with a new device? then just take it and $300 or so to the dealer.

If you mean add new features to the existing phone/PDA, then you can't. you may be able to buy new applications for the PDA portion, after all it IS a true Palm handheld as well as a phone, but new features? Sorry no.
