ever have nights when all you do is toss and turn,,,your back,legg's and shoulder hurts,,,can't fall asleep,and when you finally do its time to get up and go to work! what would you give to be able to climb into bed,with in minutes fall asleep and sleep for 6-8 hours,,I would do anything to have one of those nights!

Sometimes getting up and doing some really boring chores(like ironing) for an hour and then a hot shower can get you tired enough to fall asleep. Plus even if you still toss and turn when you come home the next day the chores are done and you can take a nap

Since I got a hot tub I have had fewer nights like that. Lavender also helps. I have some oil I put under my nose, right before I go to bed. If I just can not sleep I go sleep on the couch, for some reason a change helps.

Me too. Didn't get to sleep till approximately a million a.m. and I needed to be up at 7. I awoke very worn out, particularly when you consider that I tossed and grew to become all night time. And whilst I eventually fell into a nap deep ample to dream, I had a nightmare. What's up with the universe?

Good night sleep?

During the day our activities uses up our energy level depending on how intense we function. Sleeping is the natural way of recharging energy our body has.

If I take a walk till my feet hurts (about one hour) near sleeping time I find easy to have a good night sleep. If, in the other hand I spend my day mostly seated (car, office chair, TV coach) sleeping well is more difficult.

So, find your evening activity for a good night sleep.

i haven't had a week nite like that in i can't remember when. what i do is on fri. and sat. nite, i have a few toddies and half an hour before i go to bed, i take either 2 tylenol pm or 2 bena dryl{pink box] and then i get at least 6 good hours and then i can usually go back to sleep for another 2 hours. some people wouldn't recommend that mixture but it works for me.

i cant sleep very much at all so any of these things would help me 2 lol thanks
