i experienced the exact same thing. It was my bodies way of getting ready for child birth. You get diarrhea to clear out your intestines to make room for that ever growing baby. towards the end of my pregnancy it felt like her hand was coming outta my crotch.. it was actually just my hip bones separating... that sounds like whats happening in your crotch area... your hip bones separate and it hurts...sometimes A LOT. its just to make sure you can deliver your baby. Good luck and hope i helped! congrats on the new baby!!!

I'll say in my experience... I ate very healthy... and I always had VERY loose bowels... so bad to the point where if I had to go- I had to get there right away. I also got a LOT of lower pressure once my baby dropped.. I think you are on the right track... I too would get cramps here and there in my stomach and crotch area... you are getting closer! Especially if the baby kicks or hits you in certain areas- it makes it a lot more uncomfortable sometimes. I would also get cramps if I rolled too quickly onto my side from my back.
If you are really worried, ask your doctor, but to me, I think this seems normal.. and you are about to have this baby, so it will get more painful as the weeks go on... I had contractions probably 4 weeks before i had my son- and I was one week overdue.
Goodluck and congrats!

Take your prenatal nutrients daily Avoid smoking, medicines, and alcohol Don't take any meds with out asking medical professional first, adding over-the-counter, nutrients, natural, and many others. You do not must devour for two, however you are going to want a couple of extra energy than typical When you begin getting better, be certain you put on your seat belt safely (no longer over your stomach, however beneath it, top to your hips) That's simply commonplace stuff; it particularly relies on what level of being pregnant you're in, or if there may be anything designated you're considering approximately?? Most importantly, be mindful of what your frame is telling you. If you suppose like anything is fallacious, or anything is particularly bothering you, don't hesitate to touch your caregiver!

I am not sure if this is what you are feeling but I had this sharp pain down in my pelvic area. This happens to some women when the baby is already turned upside down; it is the pressure from his/her head pressing on your pelvic bone also go to the site below, it could be another possibility. about the mild cramp, it happened to me as well, but my ob said that it was normal.

The baby might have been pushing on your colon or intestines causing the backup, when it dropped every thing that had been backed up flowed out.

when you are constipated that some times means the baby is going to have a lot of hair but other then that its normal I'm 32 weeks and if you do feel like the baby has dropped go to the doc.and they might put you on bed rest.as for the cramps that's normal but it could also be signs of premature labor
Good luck

You could have a nasty stomach bug, or you could be starting preterm labor, either way see your doctor.
