hit on >start>control panel>add remove >check mark on da top of >add remove >show up dates<<
then look for (IE7 ) hit on that then hit remove . (IE7) will uninstall and your system will re-run (IE6) no need to download (IE6) again

Explorer 7 is rubbish. I downloaded and it messed up my keyboard, my e-mail and a few of my programmes. Have just restored it and gone back to 6. Good luck with trying to get your keyboard sorted out.

It may be that you pressed a certain key combination by accident, this has happened to me before.
The key combination may be either:
CTRL+SHIFT or left ALT+SHIFT
Try one, then type something to see if it's normal, if not then try the other. Ctrl, Alt & Shift are always in the same place in every layout.

Go to Start > Control Panel > Regional & Language Options.
Click the tab 'Regional Options' and select the option 'English (United Kingdom)'. You may have to restart your computer before this change takes effect.

what do you want to do a mad thing like that for, its rubbish !!!!!! unless you dowloaded the microsoft version, and even then i have my doubts!! it totally messed my system up and i have gone back to IE 6 , miles better, advancement isnt always that great sometimes its best to stick with what you know!!
