try taking a walk every day, dont be around people too much that stress you out, and what i do is try to think about something nice=] like my baby! and getting married to my amazing fioncee, those always cheer me up! try something like that, and if anyone is mean to you or stresses you out then tell them that they better be nicer or you wont be around them cause stress is really bad for babys. another thing that i like to do that works too is going to barnes and noble and reading some books and magazines, thats always fun i think. but good luck with your pregnancy and your baby hun!.

Make sure you take time out of each day to destress by doing something that lets you relax such as a nice bubble bath or listening to soothing music.
