You may not want to think of it in terms of tuition cost. Often times the more expensive schools have more financial aid available than state colleges, thereby making them more affordable. I would look into what schools have the best program then make an appointment with a financial aid advisor to see what kind of scholarships and grants might be available. I bet you'll be surprised.

Where do you live?

I live in Ohio. Kent State University is the only university in Ohio offering an MLS. It's not cheap, either.
