Wouldn't be any different than Clintons Echelon program which was much larger and invasive than the one Bush has going.

EDIT; Jose R. ok, it is only international phone calls, in otherwords, if you are in the US, and making a call outside the US. Plus, what are you going to reveal by calling somone in another country? If I took down my firewall, I would be giving up, way too much information
