need info on NERO I haven't been able to burn a disc because wnasp132.dll is needed where do i find out?

E-machines says they dont have a clue! Nero says its a microsoft problem and microsoft says its E machines Problem...Is it agreed that now its my problem.
It was supposed to have been installed when it was built,, but I havent been able to copy or burn anything!

It is wnaspi32.dll. You can download it from Nero
