ive always wonderd why my dads co worker always when she talkis to him she all up on his face and stuff and when other co workers talk to him there not that close up and also my aunt came to his job one day and thought that she like him and i was like WTF so what do you think it is and hes already a married man too but i dont think she cares cuz she even does that in front of me get s all up on his face so what do you think it is

I am not really sure what the lady's deal is other than maybe she is just comfortable around him and doesn't see it as a big deal.
As for your question, I am wondering how you managed to get all of that out without a single capital letter, other than "WTF", or punctuation mark.

Ask your dad. You may not get a straight answer, but it will definitely put it on his mind. He'll start thinking about how you noticed it and what you must think; he may start keeping an appropriate distance from her.

Some people are close talkers. Sometimes it's a cultural thing. I hate it. I only like very close friends in my body space. Everyone else stay 4' away please.
