plz help. my ipod froze and it has been like this for 3 hours. i just got it last month, what do i do? PLEASE help!!!!!! : (

Don't worry! It's ok! Mine did the same thing when I first got it. It happened a week after I got it at night. I was watching a mini movie when it just froze. It wouldn't turn off. So I went online and found this site on how to unfreeze it. It's very simple.
You know the on the rotator that on the bottom is a Play/Pause button. Ok, now with the center button (that's usually white, unless you have a black iPod or a diff. color) and the Play/Pause button, press them BOTH down and hold it for 6-10 seconds. You should then see the "Apple" with a black background. Let go and it should restart it self.

Press and hold the menu button and the middle button down at the same time. hold it until it resets.

Mines freezes sometimes... I just plug it into the charger or hook it up to the computer.
