Im 20 weeks pregnant wit my 2nd child now my first pregnacy went great wit nothing wrong. Now this one is alil bit different Ive been having some pain in my pelvic area its jus some pressure but i think Its just the baby there because thats where I feel him kick all the time. should I b worried?

Seems like more pregnancies you have the more aches and pains you have. Really hard to tell for sure over the Internet. If you are really concerned call your Dr and ask.

I'm currently 18 wks. preg. and my OB/GYN told me It's called "round ligament pain" but you shouldn't be worried! if your not spotting, or anything..but as always, contact your dr. and see what they have 2 say..I feel mine kick all over lol..
