I want to reiterate NW Austin (Round Rock, Cedar Park, 183/Anderson Mill). You can get a nice house for around 200K, low crime, good schools, real neighborhoods.

between the popular spots/markets in Austin good now may be the southwest part of city. greater fairly, you ought to examine into the areas off of Stassney, Brodie, Westgate, and William Cannon. additionally, South Austin is previous Austin, so there is greater of a subculture and community vibe. no count in case you're taking Lamar, First, Congress, or Mopac, you're purely 10 minutes or much less from downtown. good success on your flow!

I live in NW Austin and I feel a lot safer here then my former residence in Southern California. You can research schools and crime rates on my website http://www.crgr8homes.com you might want to check out taxes here also the rates are higher here then other states. If you need any other assistance let me know I'd love to help.
