If you are trying to broadcast an already existing channel such as FOX or NBC you could use Nocav's Skype TV http://www.gizmodo.com/gadgets/software/novacs-skype-tv-185871.php

If you are wanting to stream your own content there are several options available. Using VLC to stream content is by far the easiest.

Please respond back as soon as you can. Are you talking about making your own IPTV (Internet television) channel, or broadcasting an already existing channel such as FOX or NBC?
