The only reason i would be happy for bad stuff to happen is because hopefully that means the end is near and no more struggling and sometimes you just want the world to hurry up and end. Other than that why would i be happy about bad stuff :)

it all depends on what the bad stuff is...like if it is a bad guy being put on the death sentence...yea its bad...nd yea im happy...In some cultures people are happy when loved ones die because their souls are now free or with god...or something along those lines...
