All I know is that you when you sneeze, you kill brain cells. oh, and snorting kills brain cells, too. so dont snort. and if you hold your sneeze in, your eyes will pop out O.O ^^ j/k, but no, sneezing does not help brain activity. Actually, it can be quite harmful if you have powerful sneezing. It can also give you a headache from violently shaking so abruptly (the sneeze itself)

No. Sneezing is one of the body's way's of getting rid of something that should not be in there, just as coughing is also.

I don't think so. You actually kill a ton of brain cells every time you sneeze.
