If I won the lottery, I would not share it with family because I want the money to buy myself something that I have been dreaming for and also for things that I have always wanted but I can't get because I don't have enough money

I wouldn't. May sound mean but do they really expect you to give some of it to them? And even if you lent the money to them it would still cause alot of problems.
