I just regconize Elvis, Kiss and The Beasties Boys I think. I'd like to know who the other bands are too.
Edited to say: Apparently none.
In the June 2006 issue of UK Classic Rock magazine, Flea was quoted as saying, "We mainly did eras, not actual people: rockabilly, British Invasion, psychedelia, funk, glam, punk, goth, hair metal, grunge, and ourselves being the sum of all those parts".

They do Elvis, Nirvana (unplugged), Pearl Jam, The Misfits, and The Sex Pistols, for sure.
I'm not sure about these, however:
Buddy Holly, Jimi Hendrix, New York Dolls, and David Bowie. I think that's who they're doing but I'm not sure.
There's no Kiss or Beastie Boys.
That's not The Clash, and I don't think The Beatles are in it, either.

Elvis, The Beatles, the third one kinda looks like Jimi Hendrix Experience, I don't know everything, but then they do a glam rock thing, and The Clash (I think) later Motley Crue and Nirvanna
