I used to live in further south in my state and I had developed a little bit a of a southern accent. When I got out of college and I moved back up north, I started talking normal again...but when I say "I know"...I get made fun of by all my friends because I can't help but say it in a southern slang! And I'm always saying it!!! lol

stuff like that
it sucks
but im working on getting rid of them

When Im at a loss for words sometimes as a "filler" i say well any-who-how... ive been told its annoying and am trying fix that!

omg i'm just not well! ( it's in dismay or shocked! ) and i say it loudly too! OMG I'm JUST not well!

wtf? ... that gets said more times than i can count and it's usually when the phone rings and i'm trying to answer these questions!

and according to my kids i say NO all the time!
