At 13 you don't need makeup. Instead of buying makeup, buy moisturizer to keep that beautiful young skin as long as possible.

If you really want to wear makeup, just wear lip gloss, and mascara and eyeshadow every so often. What you should spend more money on are moisturizers for your face. Sephora has a good selection depending on your skin type. For cheap make-up, i suggest Claire's and drugstores.

Don't go to Claire's. It's such a horrible store. And since it's so cheap, it doesn't really stay on.
1st of all: 13 year olds shouldn't wear makeup... however, I have no room to talk because I was sucked in to that black hole of a materialistic world at 13 (14 now).
2nd of all: You won't really get 'good' makeup for really cheap. The cheapest eyeliner that I know of that works is $5 at your local drugstore. Depends on whether you like pencil or liquid. Eyeshadow is based on your sense of taste. I can't really give you tips on that since me and my friends wear oddball colored eyeliner like highliter yellow and bright green... I would go for neutral if I was normal, though. I can't really give you suggestions on coverup that works either because I haven't really found one...

You probably dont need that much makeup, but light eye shadows would look great on your eyes without being too much. A little mascara would be fine too. Dont forget about your lips..

I am 13 and I get a lot of my makeup from Claires. It seems to work pretty well.

I don't think at 13yrs you need any makeup. You can use the lip glosses. You are so pretty at this age, why ruin your face before time.

ur far to young for a whole face of makeup forget lipstick or foundation if you want to look natural try lip glosses and clear mascara
