I'd vote for Carrie. She showed many more skills than Regan did. Telekinesis, Pyrokinesis, & even some Precog & other more subtle talents. That goes a lot further than what Regan was able to pull off, imho.

Hmmm, you know this was a toughie. Regan was possessed, but so was Carrie (I loved when she was in the auditorium after getting the blood dumped on her and closed all of the doors so no one could leave.). So Carrie has my vote.
