No, if girls wear boy shorts then boys must wear women's underwear.

they are basically a variation on mens briefs. they are very short shorts typically made from a combination of cotton and polyester. i wear them all the time and they are very comfy (im a girl) i guess boys to could wear them but i suggest mens briefs instead.

boyshorts are "boy" "shorts"
usually like th nike ones or other drawstring ones. boys wear them al the time and when girls wear them we call them boy shorts.

they r a cut of underwear or bathing suit bottems and they hardly cover yur butt cheeks and NO guys can't wear them..well i guess they could but...they def. shouldn't!!!!!

nah boyshorts i call "booty shorts" the barely cover ur *** cheeks.... way to short for guys... i dunno why some girls call them boy shorts.
