If a married man kisses another married woman and they make out that is cheating. So now would this woman be more important or meaningful to the married man, would he think about her more than he did with his past girlfriends or flirts? Or are all the girls in a man's love life just as important to him? I am asking if the married man were to think or miss another woman would it be his affair woman, or the ladies before marriage? What is it for the man?

Sorry but your question doesn't make much sense but from what I got from it, I think the married man's wife should be the ONLY woman who's meaningful to him....period. He shouldn't be sleeping around with anyone else.

What is it for the man? A swift kick in the butt.! He needs to grow up and quit trying to do anything other than be faithful to the woman he married.
