embarrasment caused by another doing something really stupid...what's that called?

What's it called when embarrasment caused by another doing something really stupid occurs in the observer of the guy doing something stupid and embarrassing...but he's not the one who should be embarrased, the guy doing the stupid thing should be...what's that called?

Something like "induced embarrassment"?
