Alternative fuels and they will call the oil industry into Congress again for a "stern talking to..." not that it will help. Oil industry rises and falls on the price of oil, plain and simple.

In lay peoples terms, not very much except for possibly stressing alternative fuels.

More accountability. They won't be able to call up and say what they want and just be able to get it.
