i'm a mother of 4 grown kids.it sounds like you are having anxiety issues, usually called clinical depression.but holding everything inside and not talking to someone WILL NOT make your feelings change or go away, dear.you really need to talk to someone.is there something that specifically makes you upset?are you depressed when you wake up,or do things go wrong and then you get depressed?i know 13 is a hard age to deal with.beleive me when i say...you CAN feel better!!!if you can't talk to your parents, what about an aunt?a sister?a friend?there's got to be someone you feel comfy talking to!make yourself do it,things will get better, but YOU and ONLY YOU can make things better!life's too short for regrets.

Crying is normal when you're thirteen. It's tough, but normal.
Do you know why you want to cry all the time? Is something in particular upsetting you?
Try to find someone to talk to, it will help.
Good luck, I'm sure life will get better for you.
