In general, Metals conduct electric currents the best, better than gases or other solids. The answer is Aluminum. Silver (not one of the choices) is the best conductor.

its aluminum
because sulfur is a non-metal and generally all non-metals are bad conductors of electricity
germanium is a metalloid meaning having properties of both metal and non-metal
helium is an inert gas
aluminium is a metal, so it will be the best conductor of electric current
hope that helps.!!!goood Luck!
