Does anybody know a website that will give the estimate for the UK population in 2006 and possibly the projected population for 2016? I have tried statistics online but it only gives figures for mid-2005.

Thanks

I'd really appreciate the sources you have used to get these figures as I would bneed to include them in my essay. Cheers.

And as for the illegal immigrants, I guess I would just have to ignore them!

It does not matter what website you try, they are not able to give you an accurate figure.

This is because there are so many illegal immigrants within the confines of the United Kingdom.

There was a news article on today that there were 500 immigrants per day every day in 2005 allowed into the UK.

Difficult to keep a tally
