do they mean? I have no clue. She is not particularly upbeat but is nice, kind and sociable. I am wondering if it is just her usual boss thinking with his dick and forgetting that she is married since she is attractive, people seem to think that she is easy and available when she is honestly not interested.

It only matters what you think. And you find her attractive, nice, kind and sociable. Don't take other people's opinions personally. They're only opinions and usually if someone is judging another person, it's a reflection on how insecure they are about themselves.
