If you did, would'nt you experience the same humiliation as sitting at the "little table" at Thanksgiving. These rags are'nt proper adult fare, and certainly not fot the educated.

I do not buy tabloids at all-but, when there is a long line in some grocery store, I do stand up there and read them. Heck, if it is crowded in the grocery store, I get the magazine, walk around and read them, then I put them back. It is not sitting at the "little table" at Thanksgiving, but, it is visiting the kids at that said table and see who's there. Before you head back to the "adult table" of course.

One of the celebrity mags is my cheap indulgence in life. I find the content quite entertaining and I love reading about the celebrities. Oh, and I am quite educated with a MA degree but it doesn't mean I can't have some innocent fun.

They are fun to read. I am also very educated so that has nothing to do with it at all. I wouldn't mind sitting at the little table either as long as I get fed Im happy!

I personally wouldn't waste my money on em either but if I'm standing in line waiting to check out and something catches my eye I'll read it til it's my turn. My co-workers buy them for the crossword puzzles every week and we all get a good laugh out of the gossip stories.

Facination with how the beautiful people live. I read them while waiting in line at the market. Most of them are unfavorable to the people they cover.

Mostly for entertainment. But you'd be surprised how many people (adults) actually believe everything written in it. It's really quite sad!!
