If you're talking about raw, physical size, then it's around everything else. Largest!

Though I should say that's just an AVERAGE human. I seem to recall a case of a woman in Texas who had a sixty pound tumor in her gut. Totally benign, but it just kept getting bigger and bigger. She thought she was just gaining weight...
