For food:
Green peppers. (or any other color for that matter).
I hear olives is an acquired taste. I certainly haven't acquired it.
Other things:
there are so many songs I did not really like the first time I heard them but they grew on me, so that should qualify as an acquired taste.
For pretty much anything else, I'm just not patient enough to wait until I like it... if I don't like it, that's the end of it. of course there are always exceptions...
