Green bean casserole. I follow the directions on the back of the can of Durkee French Fried Onion Rings. I've also seen it on the back of the Campbell's Cream of Mushroom can and the Green Giant Green Bean can.

Mine is the broccoli rice and cheese casserole.
I used to make it from scratch. Now I buy the
2 boxes frozen broccoli w/ cheese sauce,
a cheddar and broccoli rice mix (Lipton makes a good one in a bag)
2 cans of cream of mushroom soup
cheddar cheese or Velveeta cheese to taste
1/2 of an onion chopped.
First you make the rice as the directions call for only add the onions at this time (if you do not they won't get done)
Then add the other ingredient and stir together and cook until hot and the cheese is melted. Then add shredded cheese to the top and let melt naturally. Hope you enjoy Amanda

Cherry Salad
1 Can Cherry Pie Filling
1 Sliced Banana
1 Can Tidbit Pineapple
1 Cup of Pecans (optional)
Slice bananas and coat with pineapple juice. Toss all ingredients together and refrigerate before serving.
Not only tastes great but adds color to the table served in a pretty dish.

It's all about the mashed potatoes. I make them with the flakes, unless I have a lot of good potatoes to mash up, and then I add garlic and sour cream. Sometimes I add parsley, too. they are yummy!!!!!!
