That depends how you define Japanese. If you mean 100% Japanese (to the extent someone can be 100% of any one nationality), then no it is highly unlikely.
If however you mean someone with a non-Japanese grandparent for example, then they very well could.

I rare cases yes. I actually have met one Japanese girl with very dark brown hair. You could tell it was brown when her hair was exposed to bright light.

nicely, i've got heard of a blond hair toddler from a white dad(he has blond hair, too.) and eastern mom. i presumed it grew to become into uncommon, by using fact the toddler regularly take the greater advantageous coloration gene. wager something is a danger.

Probably, if they aren't 100% japanese, or even if they are. Wierd things happen, look at albinos!:)

yes. there is a minority of northern japan that actually have blond and red hair... oh, and "black" is actually very dark brown. black doesn't exist in nature as it is the absence of color...
