Don't mess with it! That means no popping no poking! (trust me..i know how hard that is). If you use an acne treatment, continue using it, but try to avoid touching dirty fingers to your face (which you should do anyway)
I know its a tad expensive, but i've found that proactiv is amazing. It makes your skin soft too (which is a plus).

There are benzoyle peroxide "pens" at drugstores that you would use like a Tide pen. These pens are concentrated medication that reduce swelling and redness and if they are used correctly, make the zit go away in under 12 hours. There are several brands, it's just a matter of finding which one is best for you.

Just leave it alone. If it a cyst you can go to your dermatologist and get an injection in it to make it resolve itself.
