When they're whacked? Today at my school someguy took like a pom pom and whacked a girl with it on her boob and she fell to the ground moaning.

They hurt when they are developing. When I was growing mine, the slightest pat or push on them would send me to the ground.

They are sensitive pieces of flesh with many nerve endings. They don't hurt as bad as a kick in the groin but a pop on the boob will hurt, youbetcha!

Uh, yeah! They have nerve endings! Its not as bad as a swift kick in the boys, but especially when its PMS time it will hurt. I don't see falling to the ground in pain, but hey, she might have just gotten her nipples pierced for all we know. Now THAT hurts! I know that from experience!

yeah it can get really sensitive when your like before or on your period... it SUCKS so dont go hitting girls boobs for no reason!... lol at first i thought it said porn porn instead of pom pom i was like what?

Yep, it can hurt. It depends largely on how much force is used, but yes it usually hurts.
