I put some tadpoles into my pond this year and they turned into warty toads.
They are now living in the gaps of my stone wal.
Will they all return to the pond to breed next year?l

they might or it might be in their genetic make up to return to the pond that their ancestors have used for generations

Probably...if that's the closest water source...then again they might travel and find new ones, but you can bet at least a few will lay eggs in there.

they dont return to thier birth place thats salmon!!!
they will lay a STRING of eggs next year they may coincidentaly return to thier birth place but any toad breeding ground would do for them ,then its a free for all!!!!!!
