I'm not truly happy, I guess I'm pretty happy though when I put it into perspective.. But I don't want things to stay the same as they are now. Since I'm very young and have lots of time to change things, I hope to be truly happy in the future and find everything I am looking for. I hope that for everyone else too.

So far yes.....
and it seems to come from various different sources....
- myself - bubbling happiness, maybe a genetic disposition. I may have inherited that from my dad who was similar and unable to see negative things. Always on the bright side...
- my circumstances. I grew up in unpleasant dircumstances and since I am oput there I value and enjoy and celebrate every day. I am very grateful for just being able to live free.
- my education and upbrining, job - I am lucky with my education which resulted in a very good job with good pay and nice circumstances. Not that this is a real source of happiness but it keeps survival worries away. So far. I know that this can change from one day to the otehr
- In general a lucky path; I met mostly good people, my relationships were almost always really good and I met Mr. Right and am with him in happy cohabitation. Again - this is a genetic gift perhaps from my dad. Unable to see problems I see only the good.
- And then - after all also some exposure to Zen, Buddhism and related spiritual teachings...leading or guiding towards the Love an happioness which is the universe

Hi. I am sorry to hear if you are having a hard time. Yes, I am truly happy. It hasn't been easy. I started out on the street but now I have a home and good people around me. So never give up. Love has a way of finding you and healing is a free gift to us all.

Some days I think I am and some days I'm definitely not. But for the most part, even when I'm not feeling total bliss, I know that I have a lot to be grateful for. So that keeps me a little balanced, & helps me not to blow the bad stuff out of proportion.
Sorry I'm not more decisive. Guess it depends on what day you catch me. lol
