Measure under your breasts to get the band size. Then measure across your breasts and subtract the band size from the larger measurement. Each inch is one cup size. So if you're 34 band size and 36 across your bust, you're a 34B. If youre 37 across, you're a 34C, etc.

never go to Victoria's Secret. They will tell you a size then if they don't have the bra you picked out in that size they will try to sell you something called a "sister size". There is no such thing. Like for example. I went in there. They said I was a 32 DD. Sounds right. Well I asked if they had any bras they said no. But they had a sister size, 38 B I was Like yeah right you can't make the band bigger and the cup smaller. HELLO. But sweety, really don't go there. Go to Nordstrom. They know what they are talking about and have really good service. At VS, they have awful service and at like snobs, like at A&F. What's up with that?

As somebody mentioned go get measured at a store like Victoria's Secret, Nordstroms etc. And then try a bunch of stuff on. Not all sizes are created equal. Nordstroms is my fave store to shop in, they are the nicest people and will help you with any fit problems you might have.

Don't trust the sizes. Go to a large lingerie department of a store like Macys or Penneys and try on new bras.

you can look for the different measurements online, but i would just go to victorias secret. they measure you for free and the measurements are right on.
