Icarus Dream Suite by Yngwie Malmsteen is the first thing that comes to mind.It's actually Adagio for Strings re written for guitar.Eric Johsons version of the National Anthem is pretty good too.
I love Hendrix but he's done so many things better than his version of the National Anthem,like the entire album Axis Bold as Love.
But seriously Heart Breaker by Lad Zeppelin probably takes the prize.

What the heck is the "nation anthem?" Do you mean the national anthem? I'm totally calm, you just don't seem very bright. BTW, that law you cite is unconstitutional. The government can't force you to do certain acts just because a certain song is playing.
