Like as I was in the act, suddenly I got a huge headache that hurt so bad that I nearly fell over, and it was before I ejaculated. Why?

I am a female but I get that sometimes too. I think it is because when you are masterbating you are putting your body through a lot. You are breathing heavily and your heart pumps a lot faster than normal. You are releasing different hormones and your body just reacts to this by giving you a sudden headache from working overtime!

Over exertion, or straining can bust small blood vessels in your brain. It's called an intercranial anyeurism. I would get checked by a doctor and take it easy for awhile.
